We are located about 2 km away from both Grottammare and San Benedetto del Tronto town centers.

The Costazzurra Residence is equally accessible from both San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare stations. However, we recommend the San Benedetto del Tronto station because, unlike the Grottammare station, it provides stops for intercity, express and eurostar trains.

Unfortunately, no. There is a bar inside the Costazzurra Residence where you can have breakfast. However, it is possible to make half-board or full-board packages at the affiliated bathing establishment.

Yes, all the kitchens in the 2-room and 3-room apartments are fully equipped.

Yes, all apartments and rooms are air-conditioned, and there is also a swimming pool and parking available.

The beach consists of fine sand, the sea has shallow waters and breakwater reefs-ideal for children!

Not all apartments and rooms possess a sea view. They are located in one building.

The stay, as a rule, begins at 5 p.m. Reception, however, is always open and it is possible to enter the assigned apartment or room at any other time, as long as it is already ready to welcome new guests. If possible, we are happy to deliver it even earlier! In the meantime, we make all our services available to the clientele already.

The apartments and rooms vary in size. Double rooms are about 20 square meters; two-room apartments are 30/35 square meters; three-room apartments 40/45 square meters. Double rooms are suitable for two people; in some it is possible, upon request, to add a camp bed for small children (up to maximum 2/3 years old).

No, there are no penalties. The deposit remains valid for a subsequent stay as long as it is made by 12/31 of the current year. After that date we retain the deposit.

The nearest hospital is in San Benedetto del Tronto at a distance of about 4 km. However, there are also two Medical Guards on the north and south seafront of Grottammare. There is also a pediatrician who makes on-call visits directly at the Costazzurra Residence.
